fog light switch

ok in the facelift i am breaking there is a fog light switch in the little panel by the right knee this was wired as the rear fog switch although it has the same picture as the fronts is that mot able ?

As long as something illuminates within the drivers sight to say the foglight is on, any switch can be used.
