Is it just me or is it normal for Mitsubishi brake disks to rust like buggery? On the face and on the hub. It's only surface rust but it looks so unsightly. My friend has an Animal Pick-Up and has noticed the same thing.:violin:

All brakes do it as far as i noticed, well all that havent been treated or painted anyway.

Aye. 99% of brake discs on the road are mild steel. It's never going to look good for long unless the car never sees moisture!

But any other car in the street doesn't look 1/2 as bad as mine...what could I use to treat them? Some sort of heat resistant paint?

Just don't paint the bits that do the braking!! :P
