Welcome to the club.

Try the search facility - insurance is something most of us try to get cheaper!

Good luck with your search.

Welcome RDZ to Club VR4:welcome: .. Your in the best place for advice :-b .. PIMP .. My missus said exactly the same when i puchased mine .. but now she loves it :smitten: .. the kids attitude will only spur you on to make it even quicker  ... Insurance wise.. Norwich Union Direct or Teco seem to be the one to go with if your car is standard or if its MODIFIED Adrian Flux seems to be the kiddy :thumb1: :welcome:BUT DONT STOP SEARCHING AND KEEP US POSTED !!!

As usual age and area lived in are two of the largest criteria, give Lifesure a bell.. they covered me for £518 with all mods declared.. ;)

I swapped from Adrian Flux to Lifesure - they matched the renewal figure Flux quoted (£600) and reduced the excess by £50 and added cover for £3k of ICE ;)

As said - if unmoddified try Tesco, Direct Line etc - was with DL originally ;)

As Polabear says age and location are the criteria, but my legnum is unmodded and insurance is £403 on a £300 excess with Lifesure!!, norwich union quoted me nearly £900. tesco £636 and Adrian flux the same. I've been singing Lifesures praises for months now but its only sean and Pete who've taken it up.
And no.... I dont work for them

Nick.

We have an arrangement with Flux, should be 15% off but they were not very forthcoming when I asked for it and in the end knocked off just under 10% :sad3:

not meaning to tread on toes of any future club rep but was on the phone to lifesure today about my policy and asked about club discount, the guy who deals with all that is not in again till next week but left my details and was assured he will contact me when he gets back. The one I spoke to was quite keen and said the'yve got a lot of vr4's on the books-except chipped ones!! :(
