Just been to Blackpool and back on business.......something has happened to my fuel economy since I ran nitrous at the pod :$

Its gone up :rolleyes5 get this, from 17 to 24mpg. Driving style has not changed at all, as quadal what we did last night! :D Also on the way home tonight I did the last 50 miles between an illegal speed and a VERY ILLEGAL SPEED.

Pete noticed this after the cool blue. Are you sure it isn't that?

Maybe the extra octane is doing a serious de-coke?

I have run 2 tanks through since the cool blue......all the way to empty!

I wonder if mpg is proportional to nitrous used :D

Nick, noticed mine on way to the Pod before the Cool Blue so don't think it was that - however not inconceivable to think the Cool Blue has done some good for the engine (at £3.90 a litre I would like to think so :laugh: )

It is interesting that both Dave and I have noticed this recently though - but explanation of why........fook knows :rolleyes5

Silly me should have searched the "forum" myself.

It sounds as if this is good stuff, even for a good "Clean" of the entire fuel system. I will look for a similar product here in NZ.

good clean of the system? I'll SAY......I held the tiny funnel for Derek (interlec) whilst he poured some into his tank at the 'pod and he spilt some on my fingers and it took a layer skin off!!!!!!!!!!!
