Hi,
Sorry that I haven't introduced myself bit I haven't got a VR4 yet. Lately I've been looking around for a VR4 or Legacy GTB and I thought it be best to try the forums.
Basically I'm looking for a swap. I can't really offer much in cash but I also have a Rover Vitesse 1.8T(t&t and runs but needs things sorting like rad and exhaust) or my Kawasaki KDX250.
Well I better give some info about my Jag:
1994 XJ6 3.2 Gold edition
Automatic
MOT till June 2010
Just put 6 months tax on at the beginning of the month
Has the Tom Walkinshaw Racing XJR body kit fitted. Very rare kit and somehow I ended up with two of them :-)
19" alloys. Black spokes and polished rims. 235/35/19 tyres with 6mm+ of tread.
Private number plate C9 HOB
Built in touchscreen headunit. Plays dvd,cd,usb,sd and tv as well as video inputs

Bodywork is in good condition for age. Couple of dings if you look hard. Solid underneath. Only a bit of smooth surface rust up behind rear arch-not rot or bubbling though. Just needs sanding back and painting.
Needs new front discs and they are slightly warped. Ordered Brembos but they sent rear instead of fronts:furious4: .Changed front discs today and wobble cured Checked the rest of the suspension when it was jacked up, all tight. Changed front pads and fluid(DOT5.1) and engine oil(magnatec) as well.
Noticed a slight whine from front left bearing going down the motorway the other day so will try and get a new bearing.
Very interesting car, and you get alot of attention in it. Lots of random people come up to you asking about it.
So mainly looking for a VR4, GTB or V6 Omega. I'm in Bristol atm for uni, but I regularly go home to Plymouth on weekends. Just to give you an idea.
