If so, if anyone can help, I'm looking for the part number for a front number plate holder - like this one but standard;

It should be this part number for the standard Evo X 6430A160

will not fit your 9G without modifications...

You have to modify the rear side as the Evo-bumper is not as round as the 9G bumper. But no big issue. The isue will be, how to fix the license plate holder at the bumper.
