About Paypal again..

A couple a months ago I've had opened a thread http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42299,from that time I have to say that in my recent buyings or sellings activity I've experienced a 100% improvment.Thats very good,but still is one question left open,why the paypal charge me as buyer(sender)
On my last payment sent for some parts for a Club member looks like I found the answer.If I'm sourcing the founds from a credit card,I'll be charged,otherwise sourcing the funds from a registered current account to send the money is FREE!

You have right,adding funds from credit/debit card is a fee of 3,6%.Just from registered current account is free.
What does it mean PITA?
