Well as some of you know, iv been moaning about how noisy mine were, and a few members suggested a good clean might do the trick.
but i was in the right mind of "no there fecked, no amount of cleaning will do it, i need new ones!"

Garry has taken my car up to his dads till sunday, so he can do a few things to it, like clean and wax, sort the HID conversion, if he has time, and set about cleaning the adjusters.

I get a call this evening, well in fact i get several calls, but i couldn't answer them as i was driving at the time.
and trying to watch what i was doing while my mum faffed about trying to work out how to answer my phone, it was hard as i was trying not to crash at the roundabout but i couldnt help but laugh:-ished:
(i got the nokia 5530, like the iphone but not.)
well we get to the shop and i call him back,

hummm the 4 he managed to get out and clean were a little bit more then fecked! they were so bad, that apparently they are crumbling or something like that! so after a bit of talking we have decided to say feck it, order a compleate new set.
and at the same time he is looking into how much discount he can get for the club on group buys for both the V6 and the VR4.

no doubt he will be posting up a bit later with more info about this.
if we can get them for a good price then i think this should be a good time to get the ball rolling as i know there are a few members on here of late that have been asking about such a thing.
fingers cross.

oh and on another note....:smash: BLOODY CAR!!!!

I think a joint group buy with OZVR4 may have the cheapest price . There was hope to get them at about Aussie $10 each

wow that would be a price, even with the postage.

1.8 doller to the pound and you are talking about 5.50 each which would be £132 plus postage. if it could be got for that price then it really would be a bargin.
