I've a Compaq AP550 Workstation up for sale - it's a dual-Pentium III 600Mhz processor system (2 x Pentium III processors installed) running with 1GB memory (4 x 256MB sticks).
The system is fully functioning and served me outstandingly for two years until I upgraded in 2005 to a newer HP workstation. Since then, this unit has sat in my home-office, switched off, doing nothing, so now is time to find it a new home.
This unit is fitted with a floppy disc drive, on-board sound, built-in network card, and two CD drives - one a CD ROM the other a DVD ROM and CD-R drive, see below for description.
I'll throw in the already installed Rioch DVD ROM and CD re-writable drive (not shown in the photo) and a Belkin Pre-N wireless PCI Card, again installed but not shown in the photo.
This workstation can be easily configured / switched from a tower or desktop form-factor.
** Please note, this machine comes WITHOUT a hard drive and operating system (O/S).
This is a heavy unit - so local collection only please (from a west or central London location).
