Tax expired end of March 2009, and it has not been declared SORN. It MAY ;) be insured according to the Motor Insurance Database, although I can't check that as I do not own the vehicle.

I reckon that a dealer has this in his stock, and has done so for quite a while!

Not from the DVLA information I'm looking at - it was due on 1 April 2009, not 2010!

Unless the floorpan is bent, that looks potentiall fixable by someone with idiotic amounts of patience.

Why are you looking for it? I am confused.

They ask you to confirm that you are the owner , you have to say yes , by doing so they take note of your IP address and record the fact you have claimed to be the owner . If any insurance fraud is detected they will trace back

the engine was smashed and the a+b pillers were bent the whole chassis was twisted just thought the bloke might of had a go at repairing it or having 1 away and doing a id change
