its melting

pic below show last week and this morning as you can see its melting now i know at 02.30 sunday morning it was -6 and today its about 5

it's roughly 2degs C here in Leicester, what little snow we did have has all turned to mush over night.

You appear to have parked your car on a junction Dinger, I bet your neighbours love you.

na the there aint many neighbours at the moment im in raf married quarters at raf leuchars alot of the houses are empty alot of the tornado boys are gone waiting on the typhoon to arrive then it will get busy

and theres a junction at the front and back of my house so if i ant at 1 im at the other or somone ealse is plus there very large junction in the street so plenty of room

its melting in falkirk too. the problem is that the slush thats left over is freezing and turning into ice. my driveway is practically clear since i battered it with a shovel last sunday so there wasnt much left to melt but the path i have to cross and the road is pure ice so i dont know if i have enough grip to actually get to the uncovered tarmac in the middle of the road.

All gone here & the rain has stopped. Been great today my 3 boys managed to get out on there bikes they got for xmas.

Feels like a Spring day up here after all the sub zero temps we'v had for the last 4 weeks. Long may it continue.
