Transfer box oil capacity

I've done the search and cant find what I'm looking for.
It's 9.50pm and I'm changing the oil in the transfer box, so would really like some info So I can finish soon.
How much oil will the transfer box take.
Don at amsoil supplied me with a quart of severe gearoil and I cant get even half of it into the transfer box,. Is this correct???

Sounds about right. Put it in nice and slowly - too fast and it spits it back out before it's had a chance to settle. I've never got a full litre in one, although I have got close a couple of times.
