View Full Version : New front bumper needed

Hi,

I was out on Saturday night and managed to hit a creature (not sure what it was but could have been a pheasant) at 80mph on the M20. It certainly didn't survive but managed to badly damage the front bumper. Just the bit below the grill but including the plastic undertray thing.

Does anyone know where I can get a new (or used) one for a dark blue galant estate v6-24 year 2001?

2001, presumably its the sport bumper, which is typical as i have 2 standard v6 bumpers here wanting a good home.
if it is the sport bumper then its the same as a facelift vr4, Carlos (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/member.php?u=53487) might be able to help or mo (zedy1 http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/member.php?u=225) might if Carl can't

I have a dark blue sport bumper sitting in the garage. It is not cosmetically brilliant, but it is still in one piece and the right shape.

Thanks for the info.

I'd definitely be interested in the one you've got, Nick Mann, if it's definitely the right one. I don't know if mine's the sport one. Its's the facelift version with the oval fog lamps so I guess that's it. I'll try and get a picture on here at some point.

How much you after for the bumper?

Yes, but not quite close enough I think! That's a shame I'm find it hard to get one for my car.

the bumper your after is not a sport and is not the same as the facelift vr4,its a 24Custom or V6-24 front(NZ New) as i know it

Mine is the same as the one on my car.

Does that mean it's a vr4 bumper rather than the v6-24? The only car I can see on your profile is a vr4 isn't it?
