yesterday tried an hour to remove thermostat, unsuccessful
seek help here,
folks are too busy to hint me

today tried another half hour, opened the thermostat housing
test the thermostat with boiling water
well it works !!!

waste me time BUT i learn a lesson to open the housing.
The bottom bolt is difficult
Fortunately with my NOT big hand and a 4 inches 12mm wrench, finally get this bxxxxy bolt off

here is a photo, i am sure many experts don't need this
but someone new to open thermostat hosing might find it useful

of course there must be something wrong with the car that i need to try to get it fixed

the symptoms are : rough idling, loss of power , black exhaust, white exhaust
good signs : turbo tubings and intercooler have NO traces of engine oil
spark plugs have some engine oil but after some cleaning, no oil found again
bad sign : spark plugs are absolutely WET

after checking the thermostat, the flow of coolant on top of radiator (opened the cap)
I assume the problem doesn't lie in pump nor thermostat
There is no traces of coolant leak outside engine.

After installation of thermostat and run engine again to see
tail pipe gives shower of water blowing out

SO.......................?

I've only removed thermostat housings once the engine has been removed from the car, it does look a little fiddly.
