leave the air filter as is, get a decent ebc, hks or similar you could even get a boost guage and controller combo. BOV's generally you want a recirculating one and it does seem the metal one off the evos works very very well.

oh AND STOP BLOODY SHOUTING!!!

Welcome hope you are enjoying your legnum :)

Do you plan on getting the fuelling checked after you have played about with an MBC? As thats going to cost money too.

You could always pick up a second hand EBC if need be?

Hi & welcome to CVR4.

This MBC worked really well for me. Had it on the car now for over a year with now probs. You will need a gauge though.

MBC is a much cheaper option than an EBC. I'd start with one of these and upgrade later if required - EBC is only if you want ultra ultra rigid boost control, which you really don't need to start with.

If you do get and fit an MBC and guage don't wind the boost up to much. You will hit fuel cut in or around 1bar, most people tend to run at about 0.9 bar. An acutate guage is essential..... Fuel cut feels as though something really bad has happened for all of a monent!! No lasting damage though......

hello and welcome aboard!

Please don't forget to use the search function VERY often before simply post questions. You will find nearly all issues regarding upgrades, common failures and parts in the forum.

And btw, becoming a paid member will pay-off the first time you need stuff for maintenance (e.g. oil etc.). So it's definitely worth to become a paid member.

Have fun around here! Cheers
