Power steering noise

i'm getting screaching noise when i full lock my steering wheel, does this mean my power steering rack has gone???? someone must have had a similiar problem? any advice would be appreciated....

It is normal ,. it is trying to tell you to stop turning so much

It will be just the power steering belt needs adjusting.

What a mixed bag LOL

As above:
1) Check fluid level
2) Check belt tension and condition
3) Replace pump.

It should be noisy on full lock, but it shouldn't really screech.

its only done it a few times, yeah thanks guys i'll check it out and hope its nothing expensive ......
