Bit weird, started earlier today.

My boost gauge's (R-Spec Stepper Motor - Peak) needle has started to flicker. It even does it when the engine isn't running (but ignition is in first key position).

Any ideas peeps ?

Usually an indicator that the gauge or sensor is on it's way out, I am afraid.
If it's an external sensor, it may simple mean the wiring is damaged somewhere between the gauge and the sensor, which is nice as you can just replace the whole darn lot of it, keeping only the connector and the sensor.

Thanks Steve, I did have a hunch it would be the gauge on it's way out and gave already fired an email to R-Spec to get their thoughts.

Quick thought: is the sensor mounted with the barb facing downwards?
