Can anybody tell me the size and thread type of the plenum to inlet manifold bolts please. Not worried about the different lengths. Cheers

Pretty sure they are a standard M8 thread. I can't prove that at the moment though. I know I bought a couple of bolts from B&Q when I damaged some a couple of years back. They must be a common thread if I did that!

Best I can remember they are M8 x 1.25 thread pitch, which is standard M8 pitch.

You sure on that? Mitsu seem to have a thing for Metric fine (1.0 pitch on an M8 Bolt)

Definitely 1.25 pitch. Boggo M8 bolts usually have a pitch of 1.50.

Sorry Nev, M8 standard thread pitch is 1.25mm
I'll pop up a pic of the bolt I'm referring to tonight, to be sure we talking about the same one.

Oops! I will stand corrected! I was thinking of the unhelpful M10 stuff that Mitsi use, which is also a 1.25 pitch, but standard M10 stuff is 1.50 pitch. :embarasse

Either way, the pitch of the inlet manifold bolts is still 1.25! :)

Heres a pic of the original bolt, and a standard M8 setscrew, both are
1.25 thread pitch.
