finnally changed all speakers and put in amp wiring and amp/sub all done for £120 .
and the make is..............

FLI

got to say it sounds ok actually . have spent 1000s in the past on other cars (doesnt touch these) but does the job , what do you expect really for £120?
6 1/2 inch door speakers x 4 sound good
the 12 inch sub gives it more at the bottom which is needed. but it sure aint going to to shake the car . or win any sound offs

all in all if you want a very cheap system its an idea just dont expect to much,
but hey i have kids in the car 95% of the time anyway so it will rarely get turned up anyway.:drummer:

im happy with it so thats the main thing

Any pictures, links, or names and models of what you installed? I'm looking for a similar solution.

Nice job!

And to think how much a car audio place would have charged you to just do the labour.

Job well done!

Photos, please!!! :-)

Cool value!
Are you running the door speakers amplified?
Chances are the sub will go harder.....either the amp is a bit small or the sub isn't running low enough impedance to get the most from it - FLI stuff normally bounces pretty well! It's peaky as heck in terms of frequency response, but so what on a sub: you can generally compensate by altering the crossover point on a -12dB slope.
