View Full Version : Galant 2.5 V6 fault codes

Had problems with a V6 Galant,the engine managment light cames out.It was checked in Mitsi garage and got the following results:

Needless to say,was quoted the repair cost £1000+.
Couple of days ago I've had reseted the ECU,from then all ok,the engine management light never coming out again.
Is anything to worry about,have to be replaced the oxygen sensors?Are this expensive parts?
All comments and advices are much appreciated.

what are they actually say is wrong it does not look like anything has been filled out on the diagnostic sheet. where does the OK Passed this test end and what are suggesting need replacing.

have a look at this thread and the linked thread to that one it covers replacing O2 sensors and doing it cheaply.

Otherwise they want to replace all four oxygen sensors and the two small cats as well.
