Power steering pump from OPEL

I changed power steering pump from Opel calibra c20ne to my FaceLift -99 Legnum. Legnums own pump popped out when i try to do donuts:upsidedow. I couldn't find the pump in here finland so i have to do some aplly of my own. Calibras pump is litle smaller then legnums but it will fit on the right place. Both of the pump are made by KYB so the attachments are in the same place. You only have to drill one 8mm hole and do some grinding. Here is some pictures for the job.

I'am doing article about the change but i have broblems with my english write as you might see/lol . Opel pump has a owen pressure valve so the pump won't pop if you turn the wheels to side at hi rpm. New pump all so feels a little more harder than the orginal witch was a little too light to me. I done lots of donuts and still pumping /Devil5. With my calibra i have driven without oil in the system many km and still it forks perfectly.

Hoply this helps somebody with the same problem.

That is excellent, well done!, can you tell me the year and model of the Opel calibra c20ne, or the model number or any other numbers from the KYB pump, :)

The models where you can find these pump are Vectra(cavalier), Calibra, Astra. There might be one on omega too. The year is 93 and up to 96. Engine codes are C20ne, c20xe, c20let. I have to do some research where this pumps can found. I think newer X20xev have these pumps too. But these three models that i announce have this pump. This pump could be in corsa and other 1.6 engines that haves the new belt system. In finland we have scrap yards full of old opels /yes
