I ask because I'm being cheeky and there used to be a lot of chat about CVR4 rides.

The reason I'm being cheeky - I'm got a bike shop - www.flyingfoxbikes.com. Happy to offer CVR4 discounts if it's worth putting that in the relevant page?!
