Yep, just make sure you don't get the plugs with the "-11" suffix (i.e. BKR6EIX-11), as these are for the N/A 6A13 (and GTO) and gapped to 1.1mm. The BKR6EIX plugs are pregapped to 0.8mm. As are the BKR7EIX and BKR8EIX plugs.

Are the BKR7EIX plugs OK / safe to use on standard boost with the intent of upping it down the track, will this cause any problems?

They'll be spot on for standard boost as well.

Supposedly, colder plugs (i.e. the higher the number) make it harder to start. But I've heard no stories of this manifesting itself in our application in any way whatsoever. I've been on stock boost with my BKR7EIX plugs for quite a while with no related issues.
