Under the cup holder is pretty self explanitory. Just like adjusting brakes on a bicycle..

Rear drums - handbrake off, wheel off, remove rubber grommet in front face of drum and put the un-grommeted hole slightly forwards of it's bottom position. (5 o'clock ish on the drivers side, 7 o'clock ish on the passenger side) You should be able to see a small toothed ring - you can turn this with a flat bladed screwdriver, levering one tooth at a time. Turn it in one direction until it stops. If the drum is locked, then good, if not turn it in the other direction until the drum is locked. From the lock point, rotate the toothed ring four teeth back. The drum should be rotating freely again. After both sides have been done, adjust the cable at the lever for the correct travel.
