Hey Guys and Gals!

Today was awesome in terms of weather, so decided to give the beast a quick clean and scrub. Spent about 6 hours or so, it wasnt a proper detail, only a once-over.

Pictures seemed to do the car some justice as well which is nice, have a nosey:

Now to get her into a body-shop and fix up that big crack those vandals (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46350) decided to put into the side of the car. Just havent had the time yet to book the car in.

She also just had a set of 4 New tyres fitted (Toyo T1Rs), so far they seem pretty good. They stick to the road nicely, handle corners with no problems and arent -too- loud when on the motorway.

Happy Easter!

Lovely paintwork but where are your grills ?

Had a bad, flaky lacquer sort of paint day, myself !

Thanks For The Feedback Guys!

@ WizardKing - I know the feeling, sadly when you get real close the body work there is also some flaky lacquer on the paintwork too. A friend of mine has offered to re-spray the car for a few cans of beer if i get the paint...tempting!

As for the grills, the car came like that when i picked it up off rees. I am hoping to get her in the bodywork next month, get the meshing fitted, and get that nasty-crack on the back wing sorted too :( ££££££!!

Cheers,

Maxus

I saw your other thread regarding the vandalism, t***s.
Have you managed to get any further with it ? [I understand if you can't publicly respond, nudge, nudge, wink, wink !]

Someone had already suggested my thoughts on how to approach the issue, scout around and then take it to the police.

The other option involves looking for the 'damaged post' near the scene, referred to in the lipstick-note you received. Followed swiftly by a knock on their door, with plenty of attitude. Rather confrontational but often effective, it can easily turn bad, though !!
