As per title, cracking price for some 235/35/19`s and these are the T1-S which has now been replaced by T1-R. Could`nt find them any cheaper as Camskills wanted around £132 each or so and ETyres who claim they can beat any price up to 40% were £186 each /JawDroppi

£400 for 4. /megawoot

T1S's are pretty old now, what is the date code on them?

Don`t know yet Brad, they should be delivered by the end of the week. They`ve got a shelf life of around 8-10 years if my memory serves me?

Just read on another site that they recomended use for the UK is within 10 years, so if these come and the date is old then they will get them back.

I doubt they'd be 10 years old, I would expect them to be 4-6 years old.

If there sold as brand new surely the date should be pretty newish?

No brand new just means that they are unused

IIRC the last time I saw them being sold in the Uk was around 4-5 years ago , you should be ok Steve just check the date code as Brad suggests

I've got T1S' on the back of the Chevy, very good tyres if a little soft in the sidewall for heavy cars.. some prefer them to the T1r's apparently

I found them a bit soft (on 17" wheels) and they didn't seem to last very long on the Leggy compared to others.

Didn't get on too well with T1-Rs when I had them on the V6. Loved the Dunlop SP9000s that I put on afterwards though!

And kudos to you for spelling Proxes correctly! :D

I replaced the original Bridgestones on my Audi S3 with the Proxes.

Very pleased with them. Lasted ~ 18,000 miles which I thought pretty good.

When they're at home they make a rather nice, if not smelly, art nouveau seating item. When on the car, who knows! :bananadan
