Workshop Manual for VR-4 Engine

Within the next few days i'm looking at changing the cambelt on my VR-4, is there an online manual i can download for the VR-4 engine? Ive seen the article on how to do it but would still like to print a copy off for reference.

there is a japanese manual you can download from someones FTP server but not sure where it is.

On the subject of manuals, I was one of the people that paid for the JPNZ service manual but never received it. I there anyone who did receive it that would be prepared to copy/scan/fax a copy for me ?
