Fascinating thread! Nice find, gib786!
Now I know what my Sport alloys had done to them - and engraved too (!) - as I used Rimfurbish last year to get mine back to OEM condition. Rim was the best company out there, and as that poster says, really take an interest in the customer.

Had mine done there. Fantastic finish and the guy showed me all round their factory. Obviously very proud of what they do. You get back what is really a new wheel other than the cast itself. They'll deal with any make, colour whatever and their attitude and customer service second to none.

Eventually emailed them today to get a quote on my Evo IX FQ-360 wheels, and new tyres (Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2). Will see how it goes!
