Headlight adjustment

My N/S headlight dipped beam is far too low. Therer are 4 adjusters on the rear of the unit - 2 behind the main beam and 2 behind the dipped. Any ideas which I use to bring the beam up and which way they should be turned?

Note - these are UKDM 2-piece glass lights with the electronic height adjustment - you will not have these boxes, instead there will be the adjustment screws, which are designed to have a large-ish crosshead screwdriver placed into them from the top, like the others.

The 3rd bolt on each one is to hold the other corner, to allow a fixed point of movement by the other two adjuster screws.
