Owner must've had a 7G, bought a 8G VR4 front clip and thought: use ALL of the front clip, don't waste anything. It's quite an accomplishment, but it's not my cuppa.

WOW! It *actually* works - it looks good!

Guess the guy was &^&*% that Mitsubushi ditched the hatch in favour for the estate on the 8G so thought: "Mitsubishi - I'll show you!"

K, gotta be honest, I agree. Notice the dash is also 8G with a 7 steering wheel

Nothings impossible mate, they're into all sorts of engine swaps in the US. Mainly USDM stuff though.
