when to sell your car??

when do u reckon is a good tme to sell your car??
im thinkin of trying to sell mine coz my km's are pretty high as i travel to auckland from here alot which is about 178kms away...Ive racked up the kms a bit and was thinkin of selling just so i can get the same type of car with lower kms lol...im sitting on 142,000 now :( bought it on 124,000 and had since nov...
what ya reckon??? heres a pic of it anyway..

142,000 KM? That's 88,000 miles. Bah! The GLS had 165,000KM (103,000 miles) when I sold it and it's still going strong! Not a jot of trouble!

Galants seem to fall into the "Service it regularly and it'll run forever with minimal trouble" class of car.

I'm with Kieran. There's no point buying a lower mileage one if you are happy with the one you've got. It looks good from the photo and you seem to like it. Why sell a car you're happy with? If you look after it then it will look after you.

Out of interest, what size are your wheels and tyres? Have you dropped the car? Do you get any fouling? They fill the arches very nicely.

Just keep it well serviced and it will last a long time. I had a Galant, which I took from 145000 to 245000 in 2 years.

Nick Mann - those are 18" zenettis and yeah its lowered on kings...the guard used to cut into my tyres till i rolled them up now its all good..gettin some tints next week :D
