I've given up for the night. You need fingers the size of a premature unborn child & the patience of a saint ! /wall

Just 16 more screws to put back in, & I'm sorted :rolleyes3

Yes but they take up a lot of room when you sellotape them all over the dashboard :lost: :lost: !!

Don't need internal batteries on a CarPC, only Garmin Mobile PC and a GPS receiver :D

Actually I would imagine you do need one for the BIOS, but I doubt it will fail over the lifetime of the device :)
