91 VR4 Main ECU computer

Hello everyone! I am working on my 91 VR4 I just purchased and before I started taring things apart to find it's location, I thought I would ask.
Where is the ECM or ECU located on this VR4? there are control boxes everywhere!

Welcome - Not often we see US 6G owners on here! :)

As I recall, the ECU is in the same location on the US models as it is on the Japanese ones - It's up the side of the glovebox, bolted to the bottom bit of the A-pillar. To get at it, drop the glovebox down and remove the stop so it drops all the way to the floor, remove the side trim and the lower kick/scuff trim (from memory a couple of crosshead screws, very obvious, nothing blind) and then you can wiggle your fingers in with a 10mm flexible-head ratchet spanner to get the bolts.
