How easy would it be to fit one? I know theres a guide for generic Bov's But would this one be any different?

dead easy you will just need the generic flange for the hks

I would recommend getting a pucker blanking plug for the redundant recirc pipe once this is fitted.

It's dead easy.

I would suggest you look up some of the problems fitting a BOV can cause, however - especially boggy throttle.

I have a fake one and a genuine one.

The fake one is amusing, as it isn't ACTUALLY sequential - it only has the one plunger.

That being said, it sounds the same, and works nearly as well.

Pretty much all dumpvalves that vent to atmosphere are bad - they generally make the car slower (overfuelling on gearchanges), and cause occasional throttle hesitation.

They are, however, also quite a lot of fun!

Are they that bad? Surely they are better than not having one at all, but then the 200SX's manage with just wastgate. As long as you have a decent one, i.e. one that doesnt sit open when on idle or leak then you'l be fine.

Think your main issue is this though steve, In order to recirc you need somewhere for it to go, no use if you have a 'proper' induction system!

Oh, and beware of the HKS one leaking as they have been known to.

Gowf - coupled with a proper ECU I have no problems at all with a dumpvalve: It'd be a VTA and a proper inlet tract. The key is doing properly planned modification to get decent results.

If I was running an ECU, I'd prefer to go for a proper EGR / SAS System instead, and actually utilise some of that pressure by driving it into the exhaust system with a bit of fuel :D :D :D :D

I'm fairly sure it'd turn more heads than a dumpvalve, too.....brrrrapbrrrrapbbrrrrBANGopopopopopplo
