glue help

any ideas whats a good glue or anything to stick to glass, i have a rear roof lip spoiler on my saloon , but due to the heat ..and maybe speed :) its come loose on the glass the only thing holding it on is where it stuck to the top rubber on the rear window. it came with 3m industrial tape already attached ..but doesn;t seem to to the trick on the glass.
