Parcel to Sweden

Anyone know a cheap and easy way to send a parcel 2-2 1/2 kg about 1mtr long and 15cms square to Sweden please.

have used this company a few times, they hav acounts with other companies which give them discounted prices or something.
i dont think they are a delivery company them selfs, but if you fill in the details it gives you severall companies to use and prices
