Karl, I used silicome 4mm ID vacuum pipes, but also ordered new bag of tiny clamps. Stock Mitsi vacuum lines (rubber ones) are bit thicker and stock clamps may be loose.
Clamps: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ORG-20-x-4mm-Vacuum-hose-Clamp-turbo-car-part-mr2-200sx-/140403717164?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20b0b6b42c
IIRC, I did order 3 meters of vacuum lines, but I had relocated EBC selenoid. Don't know about your setting.
As for a turbo pipes. Are you gonna replace them as well?

My st of pipework looks like below, turbo hard pipes off my head:
Section from turbos to metal pipe next to screen washer tank
2x 51mm silcone stright couplers
1x 63mm silicone elbow 45 degree
2x 63mm silicone stright couplers
1x 51mm alloy elbow 90 degree
1x 63mm alloy stright coupler
1x 63mm alloy elbow 90 degree

Section from metal pipe coming off IC (next to battery) to throttle body. Actually there are few different ways to do this section. Also I did as 1 piece of pipe (45 degree long leg elbow) but it fits only with my CDA filter (stock filter box is on the way), or use size down to 63mm diameter using one long leg 90 elbow.
1x 63mm > 76mm silicone elbow reducer 45 degree
1x 76mm silicone stright coupler
1x 76mm > 70mm silicone elbow reducer 90 degree
1x 76mm alloy stright coupler (with made two air vent nipples for boost controller and fpr - see below)
1x 6mm ID hose adaptor fitting like: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110502051058&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
1x 4mm ID hose adaptor fitting.

Both nipples you can glue to alloy pipe cutting thread off and use metal weld adhesive. I showed how I did one in other thread.

You'll need also bunch of mikalor style clamps.
