Has anyone got info on VR4 stock inj size and lag time, and also N/A V6 Injector size and Lag time ?

:anxious:

Cheers

Thanks Brad /yes

Any idea of where i can find out the lag times from ??

Erk! Good luck with that one!
Do you want a specific voltage or the entire range?

By way of example, my Evo's latency timings are:
530cc
==============
9.38v : 1.1
11.72v : 0.7
14.06v : 0.4
16.40v : 0.2

Graph this against the Mitsi 260s:

240cc
============
10v : 1.71
11v : 1.41
12v : 1.13
13v : 0.86
14v : 0.64
15v : 0.54

And you get a range to play with:
35238

Hope that helps a bit?

The Standard Lag time ? I take it that it's taken at a set voltage for most all of them.. Possibly 12v ?? Dun no really.. But other members who have done injector upgrades must have the OE spec Injector lag times /Hmmm

VR4 MD319793

N/A should be MD319791 but I need to confirm this at home as I don't have both euro and JDM ASA at work

The Standard Lag time

Injectors don't have a standard lag time - they lag at different rates at different voltages. If you're in doubt, go for 13.8volts, plot it on the chart above, and it should give you approximately the right time.

/Hmmm
On the EMU when inputting injectors sizes when upgrading. It asks for before and after size and before and after lag time.. But only 1 input ? Not multiple ?

Injector latency varies from injector to injector, and across a voltage range as steve suggests.

Aftermarket injectors normally have a published latency vs voltage with them, or available for them when you buy them.

Denso *MAY* have that info for the injectors you need, but it may be proprietory to mitsu, so you might not be able to get it.

The ecu of each respective car will have it in a table, if you can find someone with a 6a13 that has been cracked.

Cheers,

Ben.
