how do you tell a facelift?

thats easy. pre, post and in between all in my signature
prefacelift standard galants had squareish fog lights. they all had a single centre grille in the front bumper. the grille between the headlights is rectanglur but the post facelift got a lip sticking out where it sits on the bumper
1999 - 2000 model got round fog lights
post facelift bumper looks completely different. fog lights now have a plastic/perspex cover. the centre grille is wider with twin supports near the centre and the grille between the headlights got the lip already mentioned

The FL saloon has different rear lights to the PFL too
