thinking of buyin a grounding kit wondering if all what the ad says is tru esp bhp and torque the ad it says :-
Installing a grounding kit is a safe and reliable way of creating a low resistance ground path. The kit provides direct ground paths from battery negative to body, chassis, and specific engine components to give a noticeable improvement in electrical circulation.

Reduced electrical “noise” can improve ECU signals and throttle response resulting in better performance and reduction in flat spots, and you can see many more benefits associated with improved grounding such as increased bhp & torque, stabilised idle, brighter headlamps, quicker starting, reduced audio noise, reduced heater matrix/radiator core corrosion

It's usually a load of bull. Some thick 4ga amplifier cabling from engine block to chassis, and an extra ground from batt to chassis is all you really need.

dose it make all those improvments tho

You will only notice an improvement if the current earths are absolute ****e. However, it may make an improvement in the starting and running of the car as it has a more solid ground.
I noticed on my old car when I upgraded the grounds (purely for the sound system) that it started easier.

As above - it's of extremely debateable merit: I've tried it and was unimpressed. The only one I have ever found made a difference was bonding the ECUs earth point to the Engine.

Grounding is useful to prevent voltage drops on bass notes, it helps prevent headlights dimming when you are losing a lot of current. Plus your normal running voltage increases if you also get a battery + to alternator + line: in my last car it moved from 13.6v to 14.2v.

I got one in the belief that Jap cars don't have the best earths (that belief may be utter crap tho).

I have no personal experience of one, but it surprises me that Ralliart would put their name too one if they felt there was no benefits.
