You cannot get one that's an exact fit mate ... they all need some kind of fettling to fit nicely.

i used a flex bumper repair paste on mine. it's taken me a few attempts of applying, sanding, reapplying and further sanding to get it to look right. but it looks nice and smooth now. i'll try and take some close up pics of the blending for you to see what it looks like.

since applying and blending the paste, i've applied three cotes of "plastic texture" (which is black) to give the paste some texture and four cotes of "Ford Polar Gray" (which is the closest match i could find in jokefords).

here are some of the close up pics that i have taken. i have got some more pics going through the process of cutting the pods, sticking it to the pillar, after sanding and during painting.

it was a nickname that i was given years ago from the guys at work...lol

i've got a boost gauge at the top and an oil pressure gauge on the bottom. both reading in psi. ive been meaning to take some pics with them installed. but i keep on forgetting. i'll pull my finger out one day and get them taken and uploaded.

im sorry andy, but i miss read your post...it's been a bit hectic around here today...

im not sure what the name of the pods are. but i bought them off "white lightning" on here ages ago. they are the twin pillar pod style. i then cut them to fit the pillar pod (not like in the guide below) and used bumper filler to blend it to the pillar.

i used the"Nathan Hilton's Gauge Pod Tutorial Site (http://www.customgaugepod.com/blog/?p=32)!" as a rough guide. some of the guide was very useful. and others were just "common dog"
