direction pls! for new plugs

hello fello cvr4 buddys,

can somebody point me in the right direction to get new plugs,leads,coilpacks

for my manual 97 vr4??

not sure what part number s or what? lol

maybe even somebody whom would like to help change these over some cold bevys!!
plus some bucks as i dont know what im doing haha

as for coils, havent needed to replace me so no idea

There's a walk through on changing the plugs in the resource section, can be a bit of a mission first time by yourself, but reasonably straight forward.
