i have bought a momo f-16 evo gearknob for my v6 sport!manual!
the titanium colour is virtually identical to the titanium coloured dash.
problem is when i fit it, it sits about an inch taller than the original leather one!
it looks really naff!
i have thoiught of hacksawing a lump off the top of the gear lever so that it is lower but dont want to completely knacker it!
any suggestions please?
cheers

I paid £45 for a MOMO Raptor gearknob, fitted it, liked it., although it was higher, like yours.
Gradually dawned on me why the standard gearknob felt like it has a lump of lead in it - vibes up the gearknob became V. annoying. :(
Glad I didn't cut the shaft down like I was going to.
Refitted the leather original & sold the MOMO on e-bay. ;)
Hope the V6 gearbox doesn't suffer from the same vibes my VR4.

It can do.. You feel it most when you make a sharp exit in first, though it's not too bad.
I'm glad I read all of this, as gearknob change was one of the things on my list - The pattern has almost rubbed off the standard one! :rolleyes5
