Karl drop the lot, pour in 2 litres of NEAT antifreeze and top the rest up with water. If unsure bring the antifreeze with you tomorrow and ill do it for ya.

You didnt read it did ya LOL

If you pour 2 litres of neat, un diluted antifreeze into the system and then top up with water, when it mixes up it will then become coolant!!!!

That's not enough; the system holds about 8 litres from memory and ideally you want 33%-50% concentration. The other thing to bear in mind is how to get the stuff out the block and heater matrix... Dropping the rad doesn't get it all out. Mind you, unless it's badly silted or rusty, this isn't usually such an issue.

Doesnt get cold enough over here to warrant 50-50 K!! Karl ill gladly put 50% antifreeze in your system for you if you want. but in my experience 2 litres for MOST (not all) is plenty for the uk weather.

Last December it got so cold that mine froze - I put a thermometer under the bonnet & the lowest recorded temp was -22C. Luckily there was no damage; I can only think the coolant in the core was fine & it was just at the extremities where it froze.

I now run 50/50 mix.
