Know about this Legnum?

Anybody know anything about the silver VR-4 Legnum parked at the bottom of Salisbury Rd in Birkdale? I'm pretty sure it's been sitting there a long time, tyres are flat (nice rims tho) and leaves are building up around them.

Plate is AFK902 (Lol afk)

Carjam tells me the licence expired a year and a half ago. It looks pretty cool, I just wondered why it's sitting there.

It is an October 1996 Auto without a sunroof in silver with over 180k on the clock, I don't think it is worth much, especially sitting for that long.
