Damn, just bought 3 bottles of speed detailer and 3 bottles of AG tar remover last week to make the most of the but 2 get 1 free deal.

I am sure I can stock up a bit more though ... will need some AG SRP soon at the very least.

I was there this afternoon, took a clay kit £27.99 and carnauba wax £8.99 to the till and was told the wax was free as there was more than one item in the clay kit. Result!

Or you could give them a full wheels off clean/clay/polish and then seal them with a proper wheel sealant or some fk1000p. That way next time round you can just wash them with some normal shampoo

Wayne,

I use Auto Glym Alloy sealer once ive cleaned mine, usually all the dirt just washes off with the power washer, the bits that are remaining i use a cheap alloy wheel cleaner spray on, leave it soak then its a wash off with dedicated sponge and brush. Let wheel dry then just use the spray on sealant. The Auto Glym recommends you 'buff' the spray on, but i have found there no need for this!
