What is the difference between AYC and non-AYC half shafts???

Only due to the length of the shaft itself though, the joints are the same. The Evo shafts are all different lengths also so its not just as easy as picking one of them up. Although i was running E7 RS shafts with the e7 diff even though the track is slightly wider and the shafts longer they worked fine.

The non-ayc rear diff requires two male half shaft ends (inner ends of course), where AYC has one male and one female.

Btw are the axles cup or whats it called the same diameter and have the same amount of splines on all the evo 7/8/9 differentials?

what do you guys think about using a non turbo 4wd legnum/galant differential setup with some sort of lsd in it?
