Not sure what you mean Barry. Subsequently had a letter couple days ago with a £60 + 3 points penalty .......... unless I want to go to court.

i just didnt understand what trax had to do with it... hence the confusion.. a fine/points is one thing (a bad thing), the last thing you want to worry about then is a car show...

sorry to hear about this :(

Heh! No, that's the wan*** that was tootling along at some 20 mph and the reason I floored it after he had moved over to the inside lane. My forward vision was blocked by a number of oncoming lorries so didn't see the scamera van until JUST before he snapped me ........ I was braking moderately hard by then but still got recorded at 46 mph ......... couldn't brake harder because no doubt the wan*** would have gone straight into my back.

My guess is that he had just come down the road and seen the scamera van and was therefore tootling on his way back. However, he isn't as close as it looks due to the effect of the zoom on the 'speed' camera.

Unlucky. I am still getting away with it, but don't know how long for! On the plus side, insurance companies now expect you to have points, so it shouldn't make too much difference.
