I'd guess its got the exclusivity of a Super VR4 saloon in red or something like that. Respect due for what it is, but not to my taste.

Dont like the styling one bit. Much prefer the run of the mill Legacy B4 styling, but prefer the Galant/Legnum VR4 styling even more.

not to everyone's taste i agree,but i think thats what i like about it,unconventional in the looks dept...but goes quite well......never seen this Blitzen styling before............also looked at a white 'wagon' with same kit on.....

The did make a wagon and we see a lot of them here in NZ. Probably as many as COTY's, so at a rough guess they made maybe 1000 to 2000 of them?

The front bumper and rear bumper are both a little ugly in real life.

If you really really want a Legacy you need an S402.

I was trying to be self-deprecating. I obviously failed. So:

Remap is implicit in the engine change: you can't run a 2.5L engine on a 2.0L ECU.
If I was going to that level, it'd include a Motec - end of story.

MPG - the last EJ257 I built ran a 10.9s quarter and returned 30+mpg under normal driving (i.e. not driving it like glass, just normally) This is why I get frustrated with the VR4s thirst.

Diesel - no. I'm not a diesel convert - I just can't see the point in an extremely thirsty petrol car that is only marginally faster than rep-boy in his company car with a remap.

now not wanting to argue but id just like to mention of my all time favourite cars
third up is the karman ghia cab (shark nose)
first the 356 (in opinion the best looking porche ever)
and second the 500 spyder (second best looking porche of all times)

nearly brought one, until i heard that they need a engine rebuild or had one..seems the don;t last..then got the vr4 :)
