Funny question this.

Which way do you stir your cuppa? Tea or coffee or other makes no difference.

Also with which hand.

I`m right handed and I stir anti-clockwise.

Eeeugh!! Thats just so wrong. Righthanded and anticlockwise :(
Tea and coffee does make a difference but still clockwise.
Coffee should be stirred briskly or whisked fast in a clockwise motion..
Tea stirred in a steady smooth circular clockwise motion, so as not to make it look like you have spat in it(all frothy)

Well thats thr Wodj way /yes Buf then there should be no other :p

Cheers

:iagree: but it`s telling your brain with what it should be doing but by just not thinking that`s the way I do it.

Have a gander at this link, not much use but gives an idea on what a lot do.

I`ve never thought about it but the other half was stood next to me just now so was a friend and they both said you stir wrong??

Strange world!/lol

I'm right handed & stir clockwise then go anti clockwise to make sure the sugar is stired properly.

Hate coffee so much that if someone stirs coffee before putting it in my cup of tea too stir it I can taste the coffee in my tea.

I`m like that with sugar.

If someone stirs anything with sugar in then stirs mine I can taste that.

I don`t take sugar

I'm right handed & use a clockwise-anticockwise figure of 8 motion.

As for the way I stir my tea - you'll have to guess.

But the tea or coffee naturally wants to flow clockwise /yes Just like the water down a plug hole in the Northern Hemisphere

PMSL just out of interest what tea do you drink Glenn?:seeking:

Also why does it matter in which way it`s stirred? Is it just the English way?

See your point dude. Now this is funny, well weird.

Our kitchen sink flows anti-clockwise down our plug hole which is really strange as the bathroom one goes the correct way.

I`m just making a cuppa so I`m gonna stir clockwise.
